Best Price Philosophy:

To us it's never made a lot of sense why different customers should pay different prices for the same vehicles. Are you willing to pay more because you don't like to negotiate? Charging each customer a different price has never made much sense to us.

All the bluffing, pretending, and trips to the "manager's office" has become clich├ęd in the car business. The bottom line is that if a salesperson is paid on commission it's in their best interest to get you to pay as much as possible.

The Buying Process

1. Take A Look Around
At Valley Ford Truck there is no pressure from clingy salespeople asking "What can I do to put you in this truck today?" We'll greet you as you come in and allow you to shop at your own pace. If you'd like to shop around at other stores, feel free, we're confident you won't find a better selection or experience anywhere else.

2. Find The Vehicle That Meets Your Needs
Work with a Sales Consultant to find the vehicle that best meets your needs. Our salespeople are not paid on commission so you'll never be pressured into a truck |you don't want.

3. Take A Test Drive
Most of us spend a lot of time in our vehicles, we know its important to get some time behind the wheel and make sure the vehicle you're buying feels comfortable. Our consultants are always happy to take you for a spin and show you the features of the vehicle you are looking at.

4. Finance
Our in-house finance department works with several lenders to get you the best rate possible. Most approvals take place within minutes. We never use shady tactics like adding in options you don't need. We fully disclose the bank and the interest rate, and you are always welcome to bring your own financing as well.

6. Service
Take good care of your vehicle by bringing it into our Service Department for everything from oil changes, tune-ups, warranty work, and car washes. We keep extensive records of your vehicle so you will always be on top of your maintenance and when you decide to trade it in we pay more for vehicles purchased and serviced by Valley Ford Truck.
